Toy Rey Salon - Employee Mobile App Usage Terms of Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Toya Rey Salon Connecteam Mobile App ("App"). This App is provided by Toya Rey Salon ("Company") to assist employees in managing daily tasks, scheduling, communication, and other work-related functions. By using this App, you ("Employee") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Usage of the Mobile App

  • Authorized Use: The App is to be used strictly for work-related purposes. Any personal use of the App must be minimal and should not interfere with work responsibilities.
  • Access: Only employees of Toya Rey Salon are authorized to use the App. Sharing login credentials or granting access to unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.
  • Device Requirements: Employees are required to use the App on compatible devices as determined by the Company. Employees are responsible for ensuring their device meets these requirements.

3. Data Privacy and Security

  • Confidentiality: All information accessed through the App, including client information, schedules, and internal communications, is confidential and should not be shared outside of the workplace.
  • Data Security: Employees must take appropriate measures to secure their device, including enabling passwords or biometric security, to protect the data accessible through the App.
  • Data Collection: The Company may collect and use data from the App to monitor performance, improve services, and ensure compliance with these terms. All data collection will comply with applicable privacy laws.

4. Employee Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: Employees are responsible for ensuring that any data they enter into the App, such as scheduling or client details, is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compliance: Employees must comply with all applicable laws and Company policies when using the App.
  • Reporting Issues: Employees must promptly report any issues with the App, including technical problems, security concerns, or unauthorized access, to the Company's IT department or management.

5. Prohibited Actions

  • Unauthorized Access: Employees may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related systems.
  • Misuse of Data: Employees may not use any data obtained from the App for personal gain or to harm the Company or its clients.
  • Software Modification: Employees may not modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App’s software.

6. Company Rights

  • Monitoring: The Company reserves the right to monitor App usage to ensure compliance with these terms and for performance management.
  • Termination of Access: The Company may revoke an employee’s access to the App at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms.
  • Updates and Changes: The Company may update or change the App or these terms at any time. Employees will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination of Employment

Upon termination of employment, whether voluntary or involuntary, the employee must immediately cease using the App and return any Company-provided devices. Access to the App will be terminated, and any data stored on personal devices must be deleted.

8. Liability

The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the employee resulting from the use of the App, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Company.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States.

10. Acceptance

By using the Toya Rey Salon Mobile App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
