Season Pass terms & conditions

This is an express silk press package. Please review what is included and plan your visits before your pass expires.

Service inclusions and exclusions

Each visit includes shampoo, conditioning, and a silk press. The pass is redeemable only for the Silk Season Pass service. No add-ons, trims, treatments, or grey coverage are included or available with this express service. If you need those services, book a regular service separately.

Validity and expiration

All visits must be completed within 4 calendar months of the purchase date. Expiration dates cannot be extended. Unused visits expire and cannot be redeemed after expiration. Rescheduling does not extend the validity period.

Final sale and pass ownership

All pass purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Passes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for other services, cash, or credit.

Booking and appointment policies

You must purchase your pass before booking. Book online under the Silk Season Pass service. Appointments are subject to availability; purchasing a pass does not reserve specific dates or times. You are responsible for scheduling and attending every visit before expiration. Salon cancellation, rescheduling, and late-arrival policies apply.
