Toya Rey Salon is currently scheduling 30 days in advance. New clients must book under the new client section. If you are a returning client and I have not serviced you in the last twelve months, you are now considered a new client and will need to book as a new client. My schedule opens on the 10th of each month for the following month.

All appointments are booked via https://toyareysalon.as.me. Please keep in mind appointments are not accepted via social media direct messaging.

10:00 am - 6:00pm (Any calls or messages received outside of those hours will be responded to the next business day.)

All of my services include a shampoo service including extension services. I do not service clients under the age of 7.

Payments

The following are the only acceptable forms of payment.

  • Cash (Please bring exact amount for your remaining balance)
  • ZELLE
  • Debit/ Credit Card

Deposits

Appointments at Toya Rey Salon can only be held with a non refundable deposit. Deposits vary and are based upon the service booked and BEGIN at $35. Your deposit will forward toward your service. Once the deposit is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances unless services reserved can not be performed by Toya Rey.

Consultations

There is a $35 non-refundable appointment fee to book a consultation with Toya Rey. Consultations are required for all Microlink Installation Services and Color Services. Consultation fees do not forward towards appointments. A deposit is still required to hold a service appointment.

Rescheduling and Canceling Appointments

All clients have the option of rescheduling their appointment to keep their deposit. Once you have cancelled your appointment, you will have to pay a new deposit to reschedule a new appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your deposit is still non - refundable. Clients may reschedule their appointment by contacting Toya Rey Salon via text 404-721-1600 to reschedule if needed. Clients are allowed one courtesy rescheduling before having to pay a new deposit. Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appoiwill be considered a late cancellation and a fee of $95 will be charged to the card on file.

No Shows

Clients who no show their appointments will be charged in full to the card on file. Failure to pay no show fee will result in additional legal action to collect debt owed. Clients will no longer be able to schedule with Toya Rey Salon LLC.

On Time Arrival

To provide the highest quality of customer service experience to all of my clients, all clients have a 15 minute grace period to arrive to your scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment may be automatically cancelled and client will be charged for a no show to the card on file. Toya Rey Salon LLC reserves the right to allow the client to keep the scheduled appointment after 15 minutes.

Covid Policy

Face masks are required and there is no exception to this policy. Face masks are still required even if you have received the vaccination. Your appointment will be cancelled if you have a high temperature and or couching and sneezing. You will not be able to reschedule for at least 14 days. Please reschedule if you have recently been in contact or exposed to the Covid Virus.
